Tammy is driven by her fundamental desire to help others and support their growth. In addition to her master's degree, she holds two science degrees (Physics and Chemistry) and is highly qualified to teach in 7 states: OH, KY, IN, WV, VA, SC and NC. She is a Certified Reiki Practitioner, a Hands-On Healer, Certified Practitioner in Vibrational Sound Therapy and Bio-Geology - the study of "Earth's energy" on living systems. Tammy has spent the last 25+ years exploring her own meditation practice and inner journey transformation. She combines tools from her formal training with insights from her personal experience to help her clients reduce stress, process trauma, and pursue the outcomes they seek.
